“Chris was extremely helpful answering my questions, even went out of his way to get answers for me, and upgraded my pillow protector order for free because he thought it would work better for me! Now THAT is customer service! His emails were detailed and I never felt like an afterthought - a big reason why I purchased from Resthouse!
The product itself has a higher quality inner cover than the pillow I previously used from another company. A huge bonus is having a zipper opening to customize the loft. The opening is large enough to scoop filling out, but not so large that everything will fall out accidentally.
My pillow came packaged with care, much earlier than expected, with a sealed bag of extra latex, and the pillow was already well stuffed. After a few days of testing and adjustments, I have 4 large Ziploc bags full of extra latex - great for future adjustments, and very generous of the company. My previous pillow was high loft, not adjustable, and often hurt my neck.
Also included in the box was a personalized hand written card and a coupon towards my next purchase!
The latex itself has both fine and larger shreds, great for adjusting to your comfort. I tend to overheat at night, so I found making more space in the pillow then fluffing it up and letting my head sink into it was most comfortable and created good airflow. Others might prefer to keep the pillow more firm and/or make a dip for their head/neck.
Some people might worry about the smell of shredded latex, but I barely notice and usually only if my nose is right in the pillow. That said, I have a better than average sense of smell, and don't like scented products, and this pillow is perfectly fine for me. My previous pillow was also natural latex, but definitely smelled stronger than Resthouse's, to the point I'd sprinkle baking soda into the pillowcase - something I haven't needed to do with Resthouse's.
As someone who has major problems with sleep and isn't very wealthy, I was extremely grateful for the product, pricing and customer service I received, and would highly recommend Resthouse to everyone! Just wish they had a store in Ontario! Thanks again! :)”

“I used to have to pile up several pillows, as I have wide shoulders and sleep on my side. With this pillow, I have enough pillow to use only one, and it doesn’t “collapse” as other pillows used to. Love it!”
