“So far I am loving this pillow although it has taken me a lot of adjusting so far. I'm sure if I was able to go into the store, they could help me out much quicker but as it is I've been been nitpicking it a bit. Recently, I washed the outer case which caused it to shrink thus making the pillow firmer as I am squishing it into a smaller space so again I had to take some fill out. Make sure to wash in cold and hang to dry to minimize shrinkage. I also was used to the density of down so the bounce factor in this pillow took some getting used to. The quality is awesome and overall I am very happy!”

“So I think I've bought 3 different types of pillows from Resthouse. A Wool, an Alpaca and now Shredded Latex. All purchases were met with EXCELLENT customer service and dialogue from the staff at Resthouse. I am PICKY with pillows and have not found the first two as comfortable as I'd have liked...but FINALLY, this shredded latex is the one...I had to take about half the latex out, which was fairly easy (slighty messy, but a vacuum does the trick). Have had excellent sleep so far. For reference, I usually like a strong support (wool was too squishy). Buckwheat was my main pillow for a while but over time it was hard on my head. This shredded latex has the support I need, but also is soft enough to be comfortable so I wake up with no neck or head pain. Excellent Pillow. Excellent staff, Excellent company. Would recommend.
