“Overall purchase experience was fine but the pillow itself did not work out. I was surprised by how heavy the pillow was when it arrived as I did not see this mentioned it any reviews. Even with a significant amount of fill removed, it is still heavy. As a result, it did not work for my arthritic father, which is disappointing given the price point. I suppose that’s the downside of purchasing online.”

“Yes it is a lot of money for a pillow, but when is the last time you bought a new one? Comes with so much filling that you can make a second throw if you are not a very high neck sleeper. Can't comment on quality, as I've only had it for a short while, but the filling feels very organic and soft and the cotton cover is oh so lovely!”

“We are only a few months in but we love this pillow. The ability for my partner and I to each customize the fill amount is amazing. It does take a few nights of trial and error to get it right but no neck soreness and much better sleep. I can see how it will last too. No change to the overall structure to be seen!”
