“We've had far too much fun with these pillows, pulling out handfuls of shredded latex and pummeling them around to get the shape and support just right for each of us! I think we have enough extracted pieces to fill at least one more pillow now too. The pillow cases are such great quality - you can plump with confidence - no latex explosions :) We're finding them very comfortable indeed.”

Thank you for connecting. We definitely want you sleeping well. This is our best selling pillow and has changed many sleep lives. This sounds like it needs further customization. If there is too much material in the pillow it can be quite firm. I know when I got mine, I had to customize it an additional two times until I got it to my perfect loft. Once I did that it was quite malleable and not firm at all. This is the beauty of being able to open up the pillow to add or remove fill. Please bring it in and we will be happy to adjust it and get it just right. All the best, Chris
