“I did a lot of research on Body pillows and then wool head pillows. The #1 complaint I saw was terrible to zero customer service. Resthouse customer service is amazing. They were the only company to respond to my emails of inquiry about some specifics of the products. They not only responded but responded quickly given the west coast/east coast time difference. That said, I love the wool pillow! I’ve slept on it for about a week now and am going to take out a bit of stuffing. The fact that I can customize the pillow to my needs is great! There is plenty of wool in this pillow for a larger person than me. I’ve tried feather, Tempurpedic, conventional and even organic potato pillows. There is something special about the wool. I cant put my finger on it but it seems very relaxing and comforting compared to even the feathers and potato. It also has an interesting malleable support that the others dont have when flopping about in bed from back to side to stomach and back. I sleep every which way and so hard memory foam is a disaster and conventional pillow material is suffocating or doesn’t provide proper support.”
