“Awful experience from start to finish. The product quality is poor, it malfunctioned on day two, and customer service has been completely useless. Still no refund after multiple attempts to contact them.”

“Terrible quality. The product broke after just a few days of normal use. The materials feel flimsy and cheaply made. Getting a refund has been a nightmare — still waiting after two weeks. Avoid completely.”

“Very poor product. The quality is substandard — it feels flimsy, looks cheap, and failed to work properly from the start. The seller took weeks to reply and offered no real solution. Would not recommend.”

“Completely let down. Expected solid quality based on the description but received a flimsy, poorly constructed product. Arrived with a defect and customer service has been slow, unhelpful, and dismissive.”

“Do not waste your money on this. The quality is appalling — thin, cheap materials and poor construction. It stopped functioning correctly within a week. Asked for a refund over two weeks ago with no response.”

“Shocking quality for the price. The product arrived with missing parts, looked nothing like the listing, and felt very cheap to the touch. The return process has been slow and frustrating. Avoid this product.”
