“The customer service was excellent and very helpful in creating our design. The online tools to customize were very user friendly. The choices of colors were great.
The only disappointment was that the image we used did not get printed well. The image may have been too detailed (which they did not warn us about). It was not bad, but I would say fair. I suggest they warn customers about using images that are too detailed.”
“I like the quality of the product however I wish there were more color options for the print and more detail options. I like the things I design to reflect personal style but also a unique style to the event and not "the same ol' thing". But overall very satisfied with quality and turn around time :)”
