We had an old design that needed to be produced with only a 2 week lead time. The design elements were not in the current graphics library and so we did not know what to do. I contacted customer service and got Tory. She had me send her the old design...and in a few hours had a proof back to me. We ordered express service, the ribbons arrived well ahead of the 4th and the graphics were much clearer than the originals. Way to knock it out of the park!!!”
