We placed a Rush order that arrived the day before our estimated delivery date and had plenty of time to get our awards ceremony organized. I wouldn't change much, but it would be fantastic if in the future we were able to print the award titles vertically or in a larger print area. And having the option to use more than 1 print color would be great for logos that have several colors, even if its a slight increase in price.
