It comes with its own vent to control the temperature and temperature gauge so you can make sure everything is just right.
Use the bottom shelf to store the things you need to keep close to hand. Need somewhere to keep your rub or sauces? Need somewhere to keep your meat injector or gloves? Use the handy bottom shelf.
