EVENT: 3-Hour Hands-On Cooking Class

Unlike previous BBQ demos this is a chance for you to watch a Weber Certified Grill Master in action, roll up your sleeves and have a go yourself right here in our cooking school under the watchful eye of the Weber® expert and produce your own three-course meal!
Each class is limited to 20 attendees and using a selection of Weber® barbecues across the range including the Smokey Mountain, charcoal 57cm and gas grills - including the brand new Weber® Genesis® II - the course will cover grilling, smoking, roasting and baking.
In addition you will be shown how to use a variety of Weber® accessories including the new Weber® iGrill Bluetooth thermometer as well as how to get the most out of your fuel. And yes, you do get to try the food!
As always, Riverside's owner and passionate Weber® expert Russell will be on hand to offer technical advice and answer any barbecue-related questions and ensure you leave with the right barbecue, accessory or piece of information specific to your needs.

Reserving your tickets
This is no ordinary barbecue demo so places per class are restricted to 20. Therefore we suggest you get in quick and secure your tickets if you're after a particular date!
Unfortunately due to expected high demand, once purchased it is unlikely we will be able to switch tickets to alternative event dates.
PLEASE NOTE: No tickets will be sent out for this event. Please bring a mobile phone with the confirmation email (e-ticket) on it or a print out so we can scan the code on arrival.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
What to wear
This is an outdoor event and since we can't predict what the weather will do on the day regardless of rain or shine the class will go ahead so please dress accordingly including sensible footwear (no open-toed shoes or sandals) and bring a waterproof if there is any threat of rain.
Special Dietary Requirements
Wherever possible we will try to accommodate attendees with specific dietary requirements and tweak the menu if at all possible. We do ask however that if you do have any particular allergies you contact Riverside well in advance of your selected course date to see if it is possible to modify any of the dishes.
Arrival
Please arrive 30 minutes before the course is due to start and go to our barbecue shop to check in. (We have ample on-site car parking)
