“Robinsons online advertisement says it is 4L. However, we found out the rice pot size is 1.8L not 4L as advertised. How did we know? We purchased from Robinson in the same order a rice cooker Electrolux ErgoSense 1.8L. When we compared the pot size, both of them are same size. A 4L pot means it is more than 2 x the 1.8L pot. We provided feedback to Robinsons. Instead of checking the physical goods, they insisted the documentation is correct.
We stated we are not asking for a refund or return as we already used the product. We are asking that they check it out physically and correct the documentation with the supplier.
No reply from Robinsons as of 18-Mar-2022.
We are disappointed. We deserved better.”
I’m so sorry. We’re normally known for our exceptional attention to detail, and we regret that we missed the mark.
We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We will use the feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
An email has been to you as well.
“I am still trying out the cooker. So far the rice got stuck quite a bit on the bottom of the stainless steel inner pot. Have yet to explore on other recipe such as porridge or brownrice etc.
If the rice still got stuck and perhaps i have to forego this rice cooker and return.”
