“I received both sets of bedsheets. Although it says 100% bamboo, but it feels extremely plasticky and polyester like. I personally own bamboo sheets myself and i know how it should feel and this is really disappointing to say the least. There is a shiny sheen to it, feels like satin n it doesnt feel smooth at all.”
“Bought Ivory color for both Queen and King Size and the colors differ. One (King) is slightly dull with greyish hints No exchange / refund can be done since had opened it after checking the colors stated are correct. Pictures sent to customer service clearly shows the difference . Though insisted they have sent the correct item. However, it can be a defected item ? Only a mere 20$ voucher is offered .”
