“Product is good. Customer support is absolutely rubbish. Was originally told 7-10 day for delivery. After about 3 weeks of no delivery and not hearing anything I got in contact multiple times, for them to say it hasn't been sent yet and they can't tell me when it will be dispatched. After 6 weeks I finally got an email saying it was sent and arrived soon after.”

Thanks for your feedback, As our systems operate, communication of 7-10 days is given to our customers when the item is ordered from our supplier. This communication and order were completed the next business day after your order. We normally receive your item in approximately 5 days (to be dispatched the same day, as yours was, unfortunately, weeks late). We were as shocked and disappointed as you were to find that your item had not been dispatched from ROLA. We have passed this feedback and your disappointment along to ROLA.
