“I am dissatisfied with the service I received. I initially purchased the components online which made no mention of the different series of Rhino Racks and the incompatible fasteners between series 4&5 and 6. It was only after attempting the installation that I discovered my roof rack required a completely different fastening system. As a result, Roof Racks Galore advised quite bluntly that I had to purchase the correct Zwiflocs separately because I had not specified I had a Series 6 rack. Once I had the correct Zwiflocs, I then discovered they required different mounting bolts, and none were supplied. The bolts I already had for the Series 4/5 fastening system were a different size and could not be used, requiring yet another purchase before I could complete the installation. I am disappointed that Roof Racks Galore were not forthcoming with a correction or offer of some assistance or compensation . I will be cognisant of this when considering any future purchases.”
