The LMP is a new generation of loft ladder, allowing access to lofts in high ceiling rooms (from 300cm to 366cm).
It is a 3-section metal loft ladder in which the hatch and box are made of pine.
Its unloading system allows for convenient operation while maintaining maximum comfort and safety of use.
Technical Specification - Permissible Loading of 200kg, Heat Transmission Co-Efficient U Value = 1.1 W/m2k, Insulation Thickness 3cm, Hatch Thickness 3.6cm.
The ladder comes with: stile ends, white hatch, peripheral seal, non-slip treads and a ladder unloading mechanism built in the handrail.
