“The problem is the stiles do not fit properly over the bottom of the ladder. This is unlike other loft ladders and stiles I have had. This was very frustrating. The bottom of the ladder on each side had to be chiseled down to get them to fit on properly so they could be screwed in place securely, which is not what is supposed to happen! VERY UNSATISFACTORY. They are clearly advertised to fit this type of loft ladder.
This was the second pair I bought, thinking that the first pair was just faulty, but the second pair was exactly the same.”
“These had been ordered by mistake, they were not required as the ladder I purchased had stile ends included (and may be for the wrong ladder?), although I did telephone before making the order for advise it is possible that the mistaken order was my fault. I am in the process of seeking to return the stile ends.”
