“excellent quality, looks stunning. sturdy, strong and well packaged. I did have a problem with shelf supports missing but a phone call to rectify this. it was immediately sorted out.”

“The Roseland cabinet I ordered was easy to purchase and very quickly dispatched. However, there was no option to choose a delivery date. I was informed it would be delivered on a date when I knew I would be out, and there were no contact details available to change the time of delivery. The delivery company, Yodel, messaged me just 10mins in advance to notify me of the delivery slot (10:10-12:10am) and once again offered me no contact details to enable me to rearrange the delivery. As such, Yodel decided to leave the cabinet outside in my garden without shelter and didn't message / call or even leave a card to let me know they had done so. The whole delivery experience was a shambles. The product is good though and I'm really happy with it. Roseland needs to review its delivery providers.”
