“Very happy with my new bookcase, arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Problem was that your driver said that he was not authorised to remove packaging. I did sign for the item, but added 'not inspected' alongside signature. I think that Roseland should consider improvement on their delivery service. Thank you.”
