“My second purchase from Roseland Furniture and I ordered this particular bookcase at the beginning of November. I wanted it for a Christmas present and therefore checked the status before ordering, the lady was very helpful on the phone and said it might be available but could not guarantee as stock was due in. I decided to take the risk and order one anyway, throughout the experience Roseland kept me well informed with stock status and delivery times and low and behold the bookcase turned up 2 days before Christmas. Think the delivery guy thought I was a bit loopy as I was over the moon to receive a bookcase. Boring for some but not for me and it made giving the present a little bit more special.”

“I do love my tv unit but i was disapointed with the delivery process,on your delivery options if you submit your phone number its says you can choose the best time suited,and a call when an hour away,i got a text that gave me an unsuitable time as i was at work,i tried to contact you but it said it was on way,the delivery men then left it with neighbours up the road who I dont know,and who then wasnt in for 2days for me to collect iy from them!”
