“Great product but let down by poor delivery (5-7 days quoted became 15 with Arrow), also damage in transit (largest item was upside down on delivery van and damaged on top corners and had to be replaced). The packaging is not good enough on the bigger heavy items and relies on a 2 man lift and no rolling over in vans or distribution warehouses. Roseland to their credit did sort it out and changed the delivery company but it was a month before we had the furniture delivered to our satisfaction which rather took the shine off things.”
