“Ordered new cupboard from the Surrey Oak range to go with 4 other items I have already purchased from Roseland. The first item arrived damaged so a return exchange was quickly arranged & the new unit arrived today. The colour difference is vastly different to all the other items. I complained.. I was told that the wood colour could vary over a year. It was clear to me that the new item had not been waxed to the standard of the other items despite stating it came Waxed. The solution offered by staff was to give me thename of the wax that should have been used on it, so I could buy it and wax the unit myself. Disappointing”
