“well made, a bit of DIY to put together but instruction that came with it, precise and clear, nothing missing (screws) allen key supplied, so simple, a nice bit of strong furniture.”

“My husband and I have bought a couple items from Roseland in the past and when we needed a new chest of drawers, our first port of call was their website. As in the past we are very pleased with both the price of the chest and the price. Unfortunately, this time the courier let the whole transaction down, by not delivering not updating the tracking info., holding the item in their depot and not advising us when the item was out for dispatch. Nor did they call us with the 2 hour delivery slot which is what they say they will do. It was coincidence that I called Roseland to find out when delivery would take place to be told it's on its way. Fortunately, I was i when the courier arrived soon after! So as the title of this feedback suggests, very pleased overall with our puchase which was let down by the third party agent. We will however shop at Roseland again and hope this was just a blip.”
