“Purchased item and only after the purchase was I told that they were out of stock and not due to get any more in supply for 4-5 WEEKS. I was offered a refund, but since this was the only unit I could find online for a decent price and size that was fully assembled, I agreed to wait. Despite friendly exchanges with customer service, I was not offered any form of compensation, nor could I choose when the item got delivered, meaning I had to have it delivered to work so I knew I would receive it and then get a friend to drive the unit home for me. Product itself came in good condition...eventually! Roseland's advertisement of products not in stock needs to be more clear on the website, compensation for lengthy delays need to be introduced, and a better delivery service/courier that allows you to choose when items are to be delivered would be very beneficial. But I have praise for the staff who dealt with my queries and complaints and for the product's quality.”

“Seems to be well made and well described by you. My only comment would be that this is a very small unit, which I was well aware of, but some customers may well need reminding to carefully check the dimensions.”
