“Rock Sideboard - arrived today, a day later than originally promised but not a problem as at home. However, disappointed that the delivery guys just dropped it in my lounge and left leaving my husband & I to unpack multiple layers of packaging in a relatively tight space - unscrewed 24 brackets each with 4 screws fro a wooden frame to reveal a cardboard box that we had to tear away in pieces as couldn't lift the unit out, then a plastic film & polystyrene framing/cardboard protectors. After all that the unit looked completely different to what I thought I ordered - see attached pic. However, good solid piece of pre-assembled furniture & despite colour confusion I love the top & the handles, the main body may take some time to get used to. The perils of ordering online.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately, the courier drivers will not unpackage the goods so I am sorry if this did not meet your expectations. These units do have to be packaged to that extent to protect the goods being damaged in transit. In regards to it looking different to the listing, I have looked into this further and cannot see see a record of this being reported to us when the goods were delivered to you. “Beautiful sideboard, very solid and also very heavy!! Looks amazing in situ, I’m absolutely delighted with it. I 110% recommend this piece of furniture to anyone who’s considering buying the same item. Go for it, you will not be disappointed!!!!!”
