“The product itself is excellent. However the paintwork on one of the drawers was slightly damaged. On reporting this your call centre dealt with the problem very well. We hope to receive a new drawer on Friday.”

“I ordered two wardrobes from Roseland, thinking IвЂ™d be able to finally sort out my clothes. When they arrived, I quickly realised I would have to build them myself. I didnвЂ™t realise that, or I wouldnвЂ™t have bought them. I thought I was buying a solid wood wardrobe that would just need to be brought upstairs. IвЂ™m going to need help to build this, so in the meantime I have big boxes and clothes still in piles on the floor. Not as happy as IвЂ™d hoped to be.”
