“Although the TV stand looked fine it was damaged in several places including: backing ripped off (and corresponding damage to the main body of the TV stand), corner dented and a 6" crack on one of the drawers at the front. NB There are small areas of grooves added at various places on the surface. I didn't like them as they detract from the smoothness and overall look in my opinion. However they appear to be part of the design. Roseland didn't answer phones (due to Covid-19), and communicating via email took excessively long. The damaged item is due to be collected 2 weeks after delivery (even though I contacted them on the day it arrived). God knows when I will get a refund - it looks like I will have to pay for it in my credit card bill as the refund won't be done in time. Which in turn means I can't buy anything else until I get that refund. Overall, not happy.”
