“Chichester extra large sideboard was also ordered 25/11 despatched 26/11 but no record of it can be found!! Supposedly to be delivered 8/12!! Not arriving, therefore having been calling since, as not able to track/trace order! Have spoken many times with Tuffnells ~ extremely helpful team but, unfortunately this never reached them, and, not found on system! For 3 days have called Roseland b. 9-4 numerous times, to hold on for 10 mins then cut off! Immediately on 4.00pm answering machine switched on, therefore, I have left several messages to receive no response!! Also, no response to emails! I am understanding delays may occur due to several reasons, but a common courtesy call is all it takes! One very unhappy customer! I do hope this review is picked up on..and, immediate action taken!! Thank you.”
