“The bookcase looks great, is fantastic value for money and was delivered quickly. My only negatives are that the shelves are not solid (they are made from box frames with a thin strip of wood on top and are not finished on the underside so that you can see the box frames from underneath) and some of the veneers are a bit ragged and loose at the edges, but can easily be sanded. Overall it a nice looking bookcase at a great price...ideal for a spare room or study.”

“The quality of the shelf is good and it is very sturdy. Delivery took twice as long as promised with absolutely no updates provided by the company on their own initiative. I ended up chasing at least twice (they donвЂ™t respond to emails or messages sent via their website so always call them) and was only provided with information when I contacted them. The delivery men had a terrible attitude. They refused to unpack the item and remove the packaging, denying this service had ever been included in their many years of delivering items for the company. The company, to their credit, responded quickly to solve the matter after I phoned them to complain whilst the delivery men were still on my premises. This did however make the whole situation rather unpleasant.”

“Fast friendly service , a little mix up with delivery but put right with a phone call.Received new drawers lovely finish and well built and at a good price would recomend using them .”
