“Based on the description we were expecting this product to be pure or brilliant white. Unfortunately it's more of an off white, almost ivory or cream, which didn't go with our other furniture so had to be exchanged. The quality was brilliant though.”

“The furniture looks beautiful but I am not sure if the website images are accurate or I’ve been delivered the wrong items. The items received are more cream than white. Unfortunately the delivery process is terrible! I received a telephone call to tell me that my furniture would be delivered on Thursday. I told them that I would be in work that day. The options given to me by the delivery company were to either have the items left in my garden (absolutely not!) or wait until next time they were in my area. I was told that they do not know when that would be and that they don’t visit my area often. This was very disappointing!”
