“Rubitrux has been extremely customer centric on past orders. This order was lost by FedEx. Who has ultimate responsibility to ensure shipment has been completed?”
I searched the email on the order and does not look like we have been notified about this. FedEx does not send out alerts to us for parts lost in transit so no way to know when this happens. I see you said you have contacted Baja and FedEx but I see no record of us knowing about this from what I can tell. I agree, you should not be responsible for it but there is nothing RubiTrux can do if customers do not bring these issues to our attention. I do feel a 1 star review is a little out of order when we have not been notified and FedEx lost a package (an unfortunate risk of ordering online from anyone).
