Good morning, I hate to see a poor service review before you reached out to us to remedy this. These parts are shipped out from Bestop distributors and we never see the parts since they are in boxes. I will note I see Bestop not answering emails in this service review and not RubiTrux; please reach out to us if you would like to find a remedy. There is no way for us to know there is a problem if we are not notified, it is unfortunate we received a poor service review without any notification of this issue but please reach out to us with pictures and some information so we can look into this.
