“It would be easier to make a recommendation if the instructions were better written. I will contact Maximus-3 and ask there engineers what the torque specs are.”
We are sorry you had a bad experience installing this product. We have a close relationship with the Manufacturer of this product and are looking to have an updated sheet showing the torque specs. Thank you for the feedback.

On the Warn Hook Stay, we do consider that an inferior part to the Maximus-3 Winch hook Anchor that Warn knocked off and stole the design from. You can see in the pictures of the Warn even that it is a flimsier piece. If you want to swap this email Sales@RubiTrux.com. We typically do not take back installed products but we can work with you. The Maximus-3 is double the price, but it is a much higher quality product and it is the original that Warn cheaply knocked off directly.
