the service was appalling - promised deliveries never arrived, it took a month to get 8 items in 4 deliveries.
I send thousands of items out through the post and have never lost as many as Ruby claim were lost on my one small order. Either appalling delivery processes (that need resolving) or I was not told the truth - either way not one that that is likely to sustain business long term.
Really sad as I think the items were top quality and reasonably priced.”
