“The picket fence panel was a mix of tannelised wood and untreated wood which caused problems. I rang to check if the gate hinges were sold singly or in pairs . You told me singly so I ordered 2. I ended up with two pairs at extra expense. I rang and you did offer me a discount but two errors on the two items I ordered did leave me underwhelmed”
