“The gate was well made and the end grain at the top curve nicely sanded off and importantly there was no twist in it so it hangs flat as intended.
The gate itself i am very pleased with.
the communication I was less pleased with , I emailed to get a delivery day and the reply said friday , friday came and went so i phoned at 4:30 and was told it was ready to be delivered next day first drop. although it was saterday we waited all day and no delivery .
finaly monday it came. Being only three miles away was a factor in our buying from Ruby and their communication let them down”
