“Quality product. Much heavier than I anticipated, but that's a very good thing. Arrived well packed with heavy duty cellophane. All I need to do is stain them to match the wood cladding on my garage and job done! The only thing that halted work to fit them is that they are 60mm thick and most double strap gate systems are 75mm. T-hinges wont cut it on gates of this size, in my opinion (unless they're VERY heavy duty - no cheap stuff will work) so double sided banded types recommended. It wasn't really a big problem as I just whipped up a set in my workshop but for those without the facilties, you'll need to search far and wide for wide enough double strap hinges. Other than that, the gates are absolutely excellent and Ruby were great to deal with.”
