initially we received a damaged gate but this has now been rectified with a great replacement.... it did take a bit of time for this to be sorted but we put this down to the covid issue.

Couldn't believe how quick the delivery was. Ordered in the morning and the gate arrived on the following. Lovely sturdy gate and can't wait for it to be fitted next week when the fencing is being done.

This is a beautiful gate at an amazing price, however the customer service is horrific! The gate arrived after 4 weeks (1-2 weeks quoted) & Ruby only ever sent me one email to say they had taken the money, nothing more, not one call or email after(in the whole month). During these 4 weeks, I had to phone the company several times after they promised it would be ready and I made sure in advance, I would be home for delivery of nothing. I was told after 2 weeks they would not Ever expect to finish one of these gates in 2 weeks and that the website would be changed? It was then explained in the same conversation that their treatment tank had 'Broken' and after 2 weeks they had not actually started making it. Luckily, at this point, they did remember to send me a 'Mr, Tell us what you think' email, asking me to 'share how things look and feel' , which I felt was only fair to respond to, once I actually received the product. Week 3 came and went, as Adam explained he had to stop them from sending one that had not been finished to an acceptable standard, as knew anyone would send it straight back. We were Both relieved he had done me a favor and saved some time by not shipping the defect gate?! He agreed with me that the service was a joke and acknowledged my request to send the dickies boots I had also ordered free of charge as compensation, which although I had to request, did certainly help. Surprisingly, I will be using the company again, as the people are nice (except for hanging up before answering expected calls ) and when I know I can wait double the specified delivery time. I could have made a standard gate in half the time, although this gate is high quality and genuinely looks beautiful. Also, I know their number off by heart now and miss talking to them every week a little!
