“Disappointed
Having been previously happy with an identical model bought at the same price from a different supplier, I was very disappointed with the quality of this purchase. The extent of splitting already existent in the wood would have been expected after a couple years' weathering but not when delivered as new. Having contacted customer services I have, however, been notified that this is the standard expected from their product.”
