“Bought two planters from Ruby. One was damaged in transit - which was replaced f.o.c., and delivered next day. They let me keep the damaged one. Planters are robustly constructed - which I discovered when dismantling the damaged one. They look good plain, but will look even better I think with an extra coat of preservative. In summary, good quality, good value, good communications and speedy delivery.”
