Our sincere apologies for this. As you know from our emails, unfortunately it was meant to be out for delivery to you on the 15th April but the courier then failed due to an accident and then informed us this was damaged so couldn't go back out for delivery. Obviously they failed to inform us of this, so we were not aware of any problem until you contacted us. As soon as you contacted us, we have prioritised the making of another planter and this has been manufactured now. This has been dispatched for us last night and there should be updated tracking on Monday so we will inform you on Monday about delivery. Our sincerest apologies for this - we do sometimes get an issue with damages through the courier network but we do always work hard to put it right for our customers as you are extremely important to us.
