“I must say although the timber was dimensional correct the amount of knots per length was incredible and very disappointing.
Compared to the western red cedar on my house and garage I would say it reflect pine more than cedar..
Sorry to be frank but there it is..
I used it. But if I knew the overall effect I would have returned it.

“Looked nothing like the photographs or descriptions. Had to return the entire lot. Organising the return was stressful, I had to keep chasing the company for details and information on a courier date, and then they arrived at my door with no warning and I had to cancel all my morning meetings to help load it all onto the van. Complete shambles - and that cost me £35 delivery fee. Really disappointed, both in the quality of the wood and then service”
