“I made a set of oak gates and used cedar t and g boards as the infill, very impressed with the boards, very straight, delivery came on time and the price was on point, I'd definitely use this firm again”
“An honest review, the product is good no problem with that, delivery was also good when correct. Unfortunately I had a few issues from the wrong product being delivered cladding board not TGV and then having to arrange getting that collected. Then the second delivery I had, I only received one tgv board and not 30. So again I had to call up to arrange another delivery. I have to say every time I called they couldn't apologise enough and they did what they could to resolve the issues. Customer service was great.”
“Extremely poor quality timber, not dried before machining resulting in shrinking to the point the cladding is now starting to hang lose where shrunk from the younger and groove.
Also damaged delivery that I'm still awaiting replacement weeks later.”
“Many (11 out of 20) of the cedar tongue and grooves boards supplied were damaged and had to be replaced. They were not well-protected in transit , packaging totally inadequate. The order was incomplete to begin with, i.e. only 15 out of 20 boards supplied first time. Disappointing, although Adam did attempt to sort it out. However, wouldn't recommend the company as they don't seem to care about what the customer receives, or customer satisfaction.”
