“24 hour delivery turned into 5 day delivery so a poor start. The delivery driver then phoned me when he turned up- when I wasn't at home- and asked where he could leave the wood. He then left it in a completely different place- right next to the end of the driveway on show to every who came past.
Tufnells are an appalling delivery company and we have had numerous problems with them so I'd suggest you find an alternative delivery company.”
