“The wood is as stated though the carrier delivery was somewhat 3 working days delayed after stating it had been delivered which caused a worry with problems somewhere in their handling. Happy with the product, sales and follow up.”
“The reason that I have only given three stars is that one of the main reasons for buying your cladding was the photo of the product, which showed the shiplap cladding to be a beautiful honey gold colour, which would have matched nicely with the interior of my garage which I am in the process of cladding.
When the shiplap cladding arrived, I was disappointed to find that the actual colour, which can be seen in the attached photo, was much darker and was also green in places due to the injected wood treatment.
The cladding is of good quality and is reasonably priced. I do think, however, that it should be stated on your photo of the product that the true colour is much darker and is likely to also have green preservative stains.”
