“ordered qty req'd and received confirmation. Delivery detail followed but tracking of delivery was little difficult. as large and heavy had arranged the delivery to point of use. made a contingency plan to cover someone able to sign for it. shortly after i had arrived at delivery point, lorry arrived, by chance, and a very helpful driver assisted in the unloading. after he had left and moving product to sheltered area discovered 4 out of 60 boards damaged 2 slightly.
As I had compensated for such from reading other reviews shouldnt be an issue. Due to coronavirus not able to complete job currently but wood looks good and think i will be happy with final result.
Have already started to think will use company again for next project
Advice, if small qty you'll probably be ok if large order ,order extra to cover inevitable damages in transit and company/carrier could do slightly better for delivery time/tracking.”
