“Had some damaged ones due to packing but informed ruby who were very understanding and sent out more. Very pleased with materials and customer service. First delivery did not inform me so was not at home but they took off and dropped on drive. Big thumbs up”

“Reasonable quality for the price but out of 30 lengths ordered one was warped and three other had holes in where dead knots had fallen out. This is to be expected for this quality of softwood cladding so always order more than you think you would need. Delivery was prompt but received an email at 6.30am with delivery only an hour or so later.As I don't look at my emails this early in the morning so this warning was of no use. An email the night before about delivery would be much more useful”
