“First time building a summer house, Ruby did great with customer service. Were more than happy to drop the planks around the side of my house to the back garden. Shiplap was of good quality, I had maybe two out of 50 that were slightly bowed. Very happy, and when I shall be building my other shed in a few years I shall most certainly be returning.

“I used this to replace one wall on our summerhouse, the old shiplap had warped badly and was letting in rain.
Good quality timber, better than the timber I was replacing. Easy to install.
Did warp slightly but looks great when fixed in position.
Summerhouse in now cosy and dry.”

The timbers arrived promptly, was pleased to see that they were not warped as you routinely get from some places, not too badly knotted etc. One of the three pieces has a slight split running a fair way along.”
