“On the whole ok, but not great. Some of the wood was very wet, making it hard to cut. Some of it was a very different colour f rom the rest, making it stick out, when I'd rather it didn't - see picture. Ruby (Nikki) got onto this straight away, and called me to sort out the problem - great service.”
