“To be honest, very disappointed with the product . Out of a pack of ten, only four were undamaged and even the ends of them were also damaged but got away with it because that was access to the length I needed. You did refund for the six and charged us for the four but it meant joining some panels rather than full pieces. You offered to resend but how would we be sure the next pack would be any different. The first pack wasn't wrapped sufficiently and marks on the wood look like it was a pack that had been returned previously. Whoever sent them out like this would have known the condition of the planks would not be acceptable. We paid for what was useable because you refunded for the damaged ones but I would have preferred to not join two pieces together for a better look. They obviously left your place in a poor state and the lack of packaging would not help the deliver man keeping the product safe from further damage .”

The timber arrived exactly as stated and there were only a few faults in the timber which were still useable. Currently no waste.
